WELCOME TO THE CLIKS PRODUCTIONS INC.
Founded in 2006, The Cliks Productions Inc. (TCP Inc.) is the creative hub of Lucas Silveira. Lucas first gained national and international recognition as the founder, frontman, lead vocalist, and guitarist of the Canadian rock band The Cliks, securing a major label recording deal with Warner Music Canada in partnership with Tommy Boy/Silver Label (US).
Originally established as the corporate entity for The Cliks, TCP Inc. has since evolved into a multidisciplinary production company supporting Lucas’s broad creative output. In addition to his work as a singer, songwriter, and performer, Lucas is also active as a TV co-host, writer, actor, visual artist, and public speaker. Through TCP Inc., he continues to develop and produce original music and creative projects across multiple platforms.
As part of this evolution, TCP Inc. also operates as an artist development and collaboration platform. Lucas is actively engaged in creating and producing new work both independently and in collaboration with other artists, contributing to projects as a songwriter, performer, and creative partner. This collaborative approach extends to supporting artists in shaping their sound, refining their craft, and navigating the creative process.
A key focus within this work is the development of performance environments that prioritize the long-term wellbeing of artists. Drawing from personal experience, Lucas is committed to designing stage setups and live performance models that reduce overall sound exposure while maintaining high-quality audience experiences. This includes exploring low-volume performance formats, thoughtful stage design, and alternative monitoring approaches that support sustainable careers for musicians.
TCP Inc. is also the home of Transcendence In Sound, an innovative music mentorship and artist development program offering workshops for musicians at all stages of their careers. The program focuses on both artistic development and practical industry knowledge, providing participants with the tools, guidance, and community needed to grow as artists and navigate the professional music landscape.
The pilot program ran from September to December 2024 with support from the Toronto Arts Council’s Artists in the Library program. It reached full capacity, demonstrating strong demand for accessible, community-based music development initiatives. TCP Inc. is currently seeking additional funding to expand and continue the program.
While The Cliks are no longer actively performing due to Lucas's hearing-related challenges, Lucas remains dedicated to his music, continuing to write, record, and perform in a solo acoustic low sound format.
Through all of its initiatives, The Cliks Productions Inc. remains focused on fostering creativity, supporting artistic growth, and contributing to a more accessible and sustainable music industry.
