The Cliks Productions Inc. was founded in 2006 as an entity to represent the multidisciplinary artistic ventures of Lucas Silveira. It all began when he formed a band in 2004 called, you guessed it, The Cliks! Lucas subsequently became the first out transgender man to be signed to a major record label deal (Warner Music Canada/Tommy Boy, Silver Label US) and has continued to progress as a creative force in many disciplines, a transgender rights activist, and mental health awareness advocate. The company is dedicated to the building of his brand and entrepreneurial spirit as a singer/songwriter, musician, TV host, writer, public speaker, actor, visual artist, fashion stylist, interior designer, podcast host, and certified life skills coach. His fearlessness in approaching all that is creative has been the foundation of his longevity as a working artist and his ability to connect to his audience with an approach founded in radical vulnerability, personal/social awareness, and captivating story telling, has contributed to that continued growth. Lucas's most recent ventures include becoming a co-host for the Vice Productions produced TV docuseries Shine True (Out TV/Fuse TV) in 2021, releasing his first album release in nine years titled The Goddamn Flowers in 2022, and he is currently writing a memoir as well as writing and illustrating a children's book based on transgender identities. The Cliks no longer perform due to Silveira's hearing loss and complications of tinnitus, but he performs solo acoustic sets on guitar and piano and very much continues to create in one of his greatest passions. Songwriting. Welcome! And keep coming back often to find out what Lucas is up to and when he is performing!
